    A Digital Experience as Refined and Personalized as the Homes

    Neal Signature Homes partnered with SparkFire to design and develop a new website that would reflect the same level of sophistication and craftsmanship found in their homes. The goal was to create a refined digital experience that mirrors the seamless, personalized journey buyers can expect throughout the homebuying process. To further enhance engagement, we also introduced a custom web app designed specifically to keep their most invested homebuyers connected and informed.

    A Restructured Site Map for Effortless Discovery

    The website redesign began with a comprehensive evaluation of the user experience, focusing on how visitors navigate and interact with the site. From there, we developed a strategically restructured site map designed to simplify the journey—making it effortless for users to find their ideal neighborhood, explore home types, and check availability. The new architecture prioritizes clarity, logical flow, and intuitive navigation, ensuring a more seamless and engaging experience from the moment users arrive.

     

    A New Direction for Neal Signature Homes

    True to Brand, Elevated in Execution

    Throughout the design process, it was essential to stay true to the builder's established brand. The existing fonts and color palette were retained and thoughtfully elevated through refined typography, subtle pattern work, and layered color washes. Inspired by the diamond motif in the logo, a soft watermarked wallpaper element was incorporated to add texture and visual continuity. Generous white space keeps the layout clean and sophisticated, while showcasing the client's strongest photography—further elevating the Neal Signature brand.

    Keeping Homebuyers Engaged

    Making Returning Easy with a Progressive Web App

    To make it effortless for active homebuyers to pick up their search at any time, we introduced a Progressive Web App that could be saved to a phone’s home screen. This gave users quick access to their home search and push notifications for newly opened neighborhoods and available inventory. Within the first few months, more than 4,000 homebuyers installed the app, creating a direct connection with motivated buyers.
