Designed by visionary town planner Steve Oubre and developed by Boh Bros., TerraBella is a New Urbanist community where a mix of homes, shops, restaurants, parks and other civic services coexist, creating a small town feel with walkable conveniences.
We were tasked with breathing life and vigor into this timeless concept, to broaden awareness beyond their local market, and to emphasize the neighborhood’s strong sense of community.
With TerraBella’s Facebook carousel ad, we wanted to focus on exterior architecture due to a growing interest in their product offerings. We did this by using a grid layout to show multiple home exteriors within a slide. We implemented more original photography to capture the feel of the community.
Leading with the community vision, lifestyle and its unique location, our goal in redesigning the website was to show that quality in design can result in big improvements to quality of life.
Our targeted digital advertising showcases the amenities, location and uniqueness of the community and directs prospects to the website. By testing key feeder markets, we have expanded the reach and effectiveness of TerraBella’s primary market draw areas and sales have outpaced goals.
