Waterside Place is redefining the mixed-use commercial market in the Sarasota region. A curated blend of local and national retailers, service and performance arts tenants, as well as striking architecture and lifestyle offerings are attracting locals and visitors alike to Waterside Place town center.
Before this town center opened, we covered the ground floor windows while leasing and tenant improvements were underway. We wanted visitors to get excited about what was coming without seeing the work going on inside. We carried through brand colors and linking elements, and used stock photography that represented the coming businesses. As stores began opening and window clings came down, what remained was a tasteful mix of storefronts and town center advertising.
The new website delivers the personality of the town center on every page. There is something for everyone at Waterside Place and the fun and intuitive web design make it easy for visitors to explore everything the town center has to offer by browsing the interactive online directory and entertainment calendar.
Print ads in the local and regional business, travel and real estate publications attracted the attention of potential business owners/location scouts. Since opening, local print ads have been attracting visitors for shopping, dining and events.
Our email campaign keeps prospects informed of town center events business specials and offers and announcements.
Our playful and informative targeted digital ads help establish the town center as more than just a place to eat and shop. The ads layout all the possibilities available to visitors which they may not have known about and click-throughs go directly to the website where the user will find an interactive directory and event calendar.
Gather for Friday dinners with the family, a spa day and shopping with the girls, and boot camp and brews with a friend. Whether you’re in the shops, on the plaza, or at the park, you’ll find new ways to spend the day at Waterside Place every time you come.
BITS, or Beverages in the Street, Waterside Place’s open container initiative, was created to attract patrons and encourage visitors to stay and explore all the town center has to offer including: Live Music at The Plaza, the Farmers’ Market at Lakewood Ranch, Ranch Nite Wednesdays and various locales to relax and socialize. From logo to landing page, table tents to street signage, BITS marketing materials needed to firstly be educational of the new program and informative of the rules while also being eye-catching and fun.
