Evolve the largest gated master-planned community in the country from a golf and gates model to a relevant, thriving brand – without abandoning what’s loved? Got it.
After our Brand Charrette, we explored many different ways to express the community’s new brand identity through our Expressioneering process.
At 26,000 acres and over 100 subdivisions, we needed a way to orient people to Hot Springs Village as if it were a city (it’s the size of San Francisco). We merged subdivisions into 8 neighborhoods and reviewed each in a pocket guide to give prospects the lay of the land.
With the feedback we got from Expressioneering, we moved on to redesigning the community website to create a much more vibrant, contemporary, responsive look and feel.
