Hartland is a 700+ acre community in Aldie, Virginia, and is one of the final few new-home communities in the county. With a focus on wellbeing inside and outside the home, Hartland has integrated tech and health living aspects throughout the community.
Through our signature Expressioneering creative approach, we discovered the personality of the community. Casual and with heart. Simple yet sophisticated. From Americana to Coffee House, the Hartland brand needed to reflect warmth and approachability while still feeling fresh and modern.
The website was launched before Hartland was open onsite with the goal of creating a pipeline of prospects for builders to connect with and to convey the personality of community. In order to stand out, we implemented certain design elements and features to convey an air of fun and whimsical storytelling.
The tabletop and wall-mounted touchscreens in Hartland’s Info Studio showcase the personality of the community, the amenities and homebuilder offerings before prospects tour the model homes. They serve as the first onsite introduction to Hartland. Guests can explore on their own or partake in a presentation by a Community Guide.
Our remarketing and targeted digital ads further the elevated feel of the brand and the clean lines of the home styles available in the community. The ads provide critical information upfront—location and pricing—and direct prospects to the website for more information.
