As the Hershey Trust Company envisioned a mixed-use community for land adjacent to Penn State Hershey Medical Center, they called on us to create a brand identity and early communications to help attract commercial and residential development partners while educating the community at large.
Our creative process helped the team explore different expressions for this community of Main-Street-style retail, restaurants, recreation and residential offerings.
The chosen logo mark wraps the W in an E that denotes the direction of the community in relation to downtown Hershey, while the color palette is a contemporary nod to the chocolate industry for which the town is known.
The final website paints the picture of what's in store for Hershey West End. Serving as a dual role to attract commercial and residential development partners, as well as to keep town residents informed.
