    Building an Innovative New Community

    Located in the heart of North Carolina’s Research Triangle, a 7,063-acre master-planned, mixed-use community with a focus on innovation, nature, and community connections is just getting started.

    Chatham Park was awarded seven Major Achievement in Market Excellence (MAME) awards. Entries were judged on six categories, including concept, creativity, copy, overall design, and continuity. MAME awards are touted as the Academy Awards of new home sales and marketing in the Triangle region.

    The Big Picture

    As a community the scope of Chatham Park grows, the website should too. So, when it came time for a web-refresh, we took a look at the big picture and asked ourselves how can we best tell their story in a way that makes it easy for prospects to soak in so they continue to explore.

     

    Plant Your
    Roots Campaign

    We began with “Be Part of the Start” but what follows? Inviting prospects to truly become part of a community, make friends and start traditions—inviting them to plant their roots. Print ads, Google display and Facebook ads reinforced this welcoming message and became a recognizable calling for the community.

     

    Community Brochure

    The goal of the brochure was to tell the Chatham Park story in a simple, exciting and down-to-earth way. There had to be a balance between what’s already here, and what the future will hold for Chatham Park residents and the local community. One piece that says it all—"whatever you’re in pursuit of, you can find it here.”

    Touchscreen

    The interactive touchscreen display at the information center is the first onsite opportunity to demonstrate the personality and the size of the community. The easy-to-navigate presentation helps to familiarize prospects with the location on a micro and macro level, showcase what’s here now and what’s to come, and point out what makes Chatham Park so unique to the region.

     

    Grab & Go Explore!

    Inside the information center is the first step in acquainting yourself with a detailed master-planned community but the magic really happens outside. Follow the map through the streets, tour the model homes, spot exciting points of interest and for the kids…color what you find! Take the most important information back home with you to refer back to when you need it.

    Reinforcing A Big Selling Point

    Sprinkled throughout Chatham Park’s models are reminders of the healthy home practices that come standard from every builder. Prospects can learn about the green building initiatives, energy savings, and smart home technologies online and at the information center, but seeing them realized room-by-room helps to build confidence with prospects.
