A Family’s Shared Vision Comes to Life

After 16 years of planning their legacy traditional neighborhood development, the Hartness Family wanted their brand to reflect their values, history, a love for beautiful design and stewardship of the land.

    Brochure

Founded by family, shared with friends. This brochure sets the tone for the beauty of the property and the thoughtfulness of its design mixing warmly lit photography with stunning black and white shots.

    Folding Site Map

To aid in early reservations, the sales team requested a large-format site plan that would help them help prospects to understand the vision and the buying opportunities.

    Website

Hartness’ website maximized the use of videography taken of the property’s stunning natural spaces and existing amenities. Video interviews with Town Designer Lew Oliver also created engagement with prospects about the vision for the community.

    Touchscreen

The tabletop touchscreen at Hartness functioned both as an interactive presentation of the community and a physical centerpiece in the sales center. Guests could explore on their own or with the help of a sales agent, and see real-time information on home site availability.

    Event Marketing

The seeds of community traditions often start with event marketing. Fresh Fridays introduced a small farmers’ market to Hartness, while Wine Down Wednesdays invited the broker community out to hear the latest developments.
