With so many offerings, the ampersand symbolically captured the uncompromising spirit of Kyle Farm west of Marietta, Georgia.
The Kyle Farm brochure cover is graphically arresting in its simplicity, and communicates the community’s positioning through the ampersand and tagline.
Expressioneering also guided these finalized print ads, which ran in local and national publications.

With the feedback we got from Expressioneering, we moved on to redesigning the community website to create a much more vibrant, contemporary, responsive look and feel.
At 26,000 acres and over 100 subdivisions, we needed a way to orient people to Hot Springs Village as if it were a city (it’s the size of San Francisco). We merged subdivisions into 8 neighborhoods and reviewed each in a pocket guide to give prospects the lay of the land.
