A Family’s Shared Vision Comes True
After 16 years of planning their legacy traditional neighborhood development (TND), the Hartness Family wanted their brand to reflect their values, history, a love for beautiful design and stewardship of the land.
Founded by family, shared with friends. This brochure sets the tone for the beauty of the property and the thoughtfulness of its design mixing warmly lit photography with stunning black and white shots.
To aid in early reservations, the sales team requested a large-format site plan that would help them help prospects to understand the vision and the buying opportunities.
PRE-SALES PRINT AD
It’s often a challenge to communicate the uniqueness of a new TND before construction, but the use of high-quality renderings and verbal imagery immediately captured the imagination of the market.
Hartness’ website maximized the use of videography taken of the property’s stunning natural spaces and existing amenities. Video interviews with Town Designer Lew Oliver also created engagement with prospects about the vision for the community.
